Delivery Information
Processing Time
- All miniatures are made to order.
- Printing, curing & quality checks take 7-14 business days before dispatch.
Dispatch Schedule
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Within Australia
- Flat-rate shipping: AU$6.00 (tracking included).
- Express Shipping: $15.00 (tracking included).
- Delivery time: 2–8 business days depending on your location.
- We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia.
International Shipping
- At this stage, we only ship within Australia.
- We are currently reviewing options for international shipping to selected countries (excluding the United States due to the new 25 August 2025 tariff laws).
- Updates will be posted here as soon as new regions become available.
Packaging
- Each miniature is carefully packaged in protective sleeves, wrapped in bubble wrap, tissue, and honeycomb paper, then secured in reinforced boxes to ensure it arrives safely.
- Bases and small parts may be bagged separately.
Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for items lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If your shipping address differs from your billing address, we’ll get in touch to confirm the details.
- Shipping times are estimates provided by Australia Post. Delays due to weather events, peak holiday seasons, or postal backlogs may occur.
