Returns & Refunds Policy
At Twin Flame Miniatures, every model is made with care and we want you to be thrilled when your order arrives. Since each piece is printed just for you, we can’t take returns for change of mind — but if there’s ever a problem with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Miniatures
- If your miniature arrives damaged beyond repair, simply send us photos within 7 days of delivery through our Contact Page or site chat.
- We’ll ship you a free replacement at no additional cost.
Minor Imperfections
- As our models are resin printed, minor scarring or marks may be present where support structures were carefully removed. We do our best to clean and prepare each model with care, but slight imperfections may remain.
- These are a natural part of the post-printing process and do not affect the final quality once painted or assembled.
Incorrect Orders
- If we accidentally send the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll send you the correct miniature and cover all shipping costs.
Change of Mind
- As each model is printed to order, we cannot offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Refunds
- Refunds are only provided if we cannot replace a damaged or incorrect order.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
