Terms of Service

Welcome to Twin Flame Miniatures! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We’ve kept things simple and transparent so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Orders

  • All miniatures are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for printing, curing, and quality checks before dispatch.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled after 24 hours, as production may have already begun.

2. Products

  • Our miniatures are printed in high-quality Grey ABS-Like Resin.
  • Small surface marks or support scars may be visible — these are a natural part of the process and do not affect the final quality once painted or assembled.
  • Product images are for reference only. Final resin colour may vary slightly, but all prints are delivered in unpainted grey resin, ready for assembly and painting.

3. Shipping

  • We currently ship within Australia only.
  • Delivery is via Australia Post with tracking. Estimated time: 2–8 business days depending on your location.
  • We are exploring international shipping to selected countries (excluding the United States due to tariff laws).

4. Returns & Refunds

  • If your miniature arrives damaged beyond repair, send us photos within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Page, online chat or Facebook. We’ll send you a free replacement.
  • Incorrect items sent in error will be replaced at no cost.
  • Refunds are only issued if we cannot replace a damaged or incorrect item.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, as each model is printed to order.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Zip Pay and other trusted gateways.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Twin Flame Miniatures is an official licensed merchant for selected creators, including Avatars of War, Brutefun Miniatures, The Beholders Miniatures and Crab Miniatures.
  • All designs remain the intellectual property of their original creators and are used under license.
  • Purchases are for personal use only. Models may not be copied, resold, or reproduced.

7. Liability

  • Twin Flame Miniatures is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
  • Miniatures are not toys and are not suitable for children under 12 years due to small parts and materials.
