What scale are your miniatures?
Our models are printed in 32mm heroic scale (comparable to most popular wargaming tabletop systems). Each sculpt is faithful to the designer’s original files.
What material are your miniatures made from?
We print in Grey ABS-Like Resin, which is durable, highly detailed, and easy to prime and paint.
What machines do you use to print?
Our models are printed using Anycubic Photon M7 (14K) resin printers for high-definition results. This ensures crisp detail, smooth surfaces, and strong parts that hold up during assembly and gameplay.
Do the models come painted?
No — all miniatures are supplied unpainted and unassembled, ready for you to customize, build, and paint.
Do you include bases?
Yes! We include magnet-friendly bases (round, square, or oval depending on your selection). Some scenic or oversized models may come with custom base options.
What is your average processing time?
Printing, curing, and quality checks take 5–7 business days before dispatch. We’ll send you tracking details as soon as your order ships.
What if my miniature arrives damaged?
If your miniature arrives damaged beyond repair, just send us photos within 7 days of delivery through our Contact Page or online chat. We’ll send you a free replacement at no cost.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we ship within Australia only.
We are working on options for international shipping to selected countries (excluding the US due to tariff laws).
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Each miniature is printed especially for you once you place an order. Because of this made-to-order process, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.
That said, if there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to help. You can read more in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Do you take custom requests?
We can often help with small customizations such as:
- Providing different base shapes or sizes (square, round, oval, magnet-friendly)
- Printing mirrored duplicates for unit balance and unit modifications
- Adjusting kit contents (extra shields, weapons if available)
If you’d like something a little different, just leave a note at checkout or contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
At this stage, we don’t take requests for brand-new sculpting or designs outside of our licensed ranges — but we’re always open to hearing what you’d love to see in the future.
Who designs your miniatures?
We are a licensed merchant for top creators including Avatars of War, Brutefun, Crab Miniatures and The Beholders Miniatures.
All models are printed under license and supplied for personal use only.
